May 19-May 28, 2017
Life with Selah june has been a whirlwind in every possible way lately. Jeremy and I went on a cruise, and she stayed with Mimi and the kids. While there, she went through potty training like a champ, got used to sleeping in a full-sized bed, fell in love with Hot Wheels and trains, had a campfire with s’mores, and gave her Uncle Aaron lots of 2-year-old drama.
She came home a different kid. They change so much and so fast, it’s impossible to keep up and hard to express with words alone.
Here are some of the pictures from her adventures.
And here’s some pictures from our adventures…
And when we returned?
A coupleĀ of little monkeys.
Jeremy found out that he had developed pneumonia and a double ear infection. We also came home to a broken air conditioner upstairs. Selah June and I retreated to her room and the comfort of her newly-converted crib into a full-sized bed.
And we started easing back into the daily grind of unpredictable surprises that is life with a 2 (almost 3) year old.
